Ronald D. Joyner

Ronald Dean “Ron” Joyner, 53, of Shallotte, NC, passed away suddenly Saturday, April 29, 2017.

Born on April 15, 1964 in Myrtle Beach, SC, son of Earl Dean Joyner and the late Geraldine Sullivan Joyner.

He was employed with Turner Construction currently on site at Facebook.

Ron is survived by his wife, Melissa Joyner; son, Logan Joyner and his girlfriend, Lyric Ellis; one daughter, Lauren Blakley and her boyfriend, Chasen Duke; brother, Joe Joyner and wife Donna Joyner; sisters, Darlene Joyner, Emily Kirtz and husband Robert Kirtz; grandson, Riley Duke; nephew, Joseph and his wife, Ariel and their daughter, Lillian; nephew, Justin and his girlfriend Brittany and their son, Sebastian, nephew Zach Kirtz; niece, Ivy Paige and husband Steven Rinaldi; mother-in-law, Deb Trogdon and father-in-law, Roland Blakley and his wife Sandy.

A memorial service will be held at 4 pm on Thursday, May 4, 2017 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends for one prior to the service.
