He was a hilariously funny, kind, and generous man who lived to make people laugh.
Sean met the love of his life in Johnstown, Pennsylvania right after she moved there in 2011. They were practically inseparable from day one, getting engaged the following year. They relocated to South Carolina in 2014, due partly to Laura's love of the beach and their mutual love of not being in Johnstown. In 2021, mulling over anniversary ideas, he said, "Why don't we get married?" so a few weeks later, on August 26th, they wed under the Cherry Grove Pier.
Sean was predeceased by his father and his treasured grandmother, Margaret (Urinack) Geary. He is survived by his loving wife, adored mother, stepfather James Guy, his stepsons Duncan, Conor, and Tristan, his brothers Thomas, Paul, and Michael, his "donkey" Luna, and a multitude of cherished family and friends. We will all miss him until the end of time.
A visitation will be held from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to North Strand Helping Hand of Longs, SC or the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach. To honor his memory, please make someone you love laugh by doing something extremely silly.
Lee Funeral Home and Crematory of Little River is serving the family.
