Steven Alan Thompson

In memory and in celebration of someone who made this world a brighter and better place!

Steven “Steve” Alan Thompson, 53, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 21st, 2016 at M.D. Anderson Hospital, Houston, Texas while battling Leukemia.

Steve was born in Raleigh, North Carolina in June 1963.

Steve is survived by his father, Stanley Thompson; sister, Beverly Thompson; brother, Burt Thompson; nieces, Hannah and Heather Thompson; and nephews, Hunter and Heath Thompson.

Steve was predeceased by his mother Elsie Thompson. Steve graduated from North Myrtle Beach High School in 1981, built a successful business, cherished his family and many friends, and loved life!

A celebration of Steve’s life will be held at Lee Funeral Home Chapel, Little River, South Carolina, on November 4th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow at Oscars Food and Spirits. Family and friends are encouraged to come and celebrate Steve and a life well lived!
