William was the owner of Holley Excavating Incorporation. He enjoyed operating his heavy machinery. William was also an avid hunter and a car enthusiast.
Survivors include his mother, Ella Farris; father, William Holley; sons, William Andrew Holley III “Billy”; Austen Andrew Holley; Ethan Andrew Holley; brothers, Shannon McGhee and Travis Holley.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
