William Judson Jordan

William Judson Jordan of Little River, SC passed away Friday, October 13, 2017 at Embrace Hospice House.

He is survived by his wife, Dorinda Dudley Jordan, also of Little River; their son, Paul Dudley Jordan of Asheville, NC; granddaughter, Laikyn Breanna McKerlie (Craig), Aberdeen, NC, granddaughter Raven Audrianna Davis Poindezter (John); and great grandchildren Braxton, Rhyan and Finn, Colorado Springs, CO. Mr. Jordan has a sister Linda Mulkey (Wayne) Atlanta, GA and a stepbrother, Gary Benjamin Wright, of Woodlawn, VA. Mr. Jordan was predeceased by his daughter, Catherine Jordan Davis age 30.

Mr. Jordan was born and raised in Rawls, AL. He spent 20 years in the Army and started his own trash company in Little River/Calabash; which was later bought by Waste Industries where he worked as a supervisor until he retired.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm on Monday, October 16 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Southern Palms Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Ronald McDonald House, St Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Make a Wish Foundation or Embrace Hospice, North Myrtle Beach.
