Clifford W. Hall Jr.

Clifford W. Hall Jr., age 87, of Livingston, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday March 6, 2013. A Funeral Service will be held at Livingston United Methodist Church 290 W. Hobart Gap Road Livingston, NJ, on Monday March 11, 2013 at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park E. Hanover, NJ. The family will receive their friends at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue Livingston, NJ; on Sunday March 10, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9PM. Born in Washington, DC to the late Clifford W. and Lillian Gilliard Hall. Mr. Hall was a facility director at the Madison campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University, for 20 years before his retirement in 1988. Prior to that he worked as an electrician for C.W. Hall & Son a family business located in Bloomfield, NJ. Mr. Hall served his country proudly in the Army Air Corp during WWII. A faithful and active member of Livingston United Methodist Church, he served as a trustee. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 57 years Ellen M. Hall and his dear sister Elizabeth Neumann. He is survived by his devoted children Kenneth and his wife Harriet Hall, Steven and his wife Maryann Hall, Carol and her husband Thomas Whitten and his loving grandchildren Kenneth Hall Jr., James Hall and his fiancé Kara Atkachunas, Susan and her husband Keith Graham, Sally and her husband Matthew Stanek, John Whitten, Keith Hall and Jessica Hall, and his caregiver and friend Wilson Peters In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Livingston United Methodist Church Livingston, NJ 07039 or the Livingston First Aid Squad 62 S.
