Eddie was born in Paterson, New Jersey and grew up in Little Falls, New Jersey. Eddie graduated from Passaic Valley High School, Class of 1984. For 10 years, Eddie “Taco Man” helped run and operate his family business, Munchies, in Little Falls, New Jersey. For the next 29 years, he worked at Federal Express before retiring earlier this year.
Eddie is survived by his beloved wife Karen (nee Mulhern), sons Kyle and Kevin, sister Lorraine (Glenn) Ludwig, nieces Gina and Brianna Ludwig, and Tara Baskinger, nephew Ronnie Baskinger, aunt Elizabeth Longo, and many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Eddie’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, from 4-8pm at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mount Pleasant Ave., Livingston, NJ.
