Grace Pietropinto

Grace Pietropinto, 83, of West Orange died on Monday, November 1, 2021. Born in Orange, N.J., Grace was the Director of Finance in the Office of Superintendent of Schools at the Archdiocese of Newark for many years. Prior to this, she worked in data processing and was a Century 21 realtor before pursuing her accounting degree at Montclair State University. Grace was an avid reader and an expert seamstress. Grace had a passion for art, painting, knitting, crocheting, pottery, photography, and politics. She was a “Jersey girl” spending many summers at the beach.

She was predeceased by her parents Vincenza (nee DiLeo) and Nicola, sisters Marie Mosso and Lucille Grabowski, brothers-in-law Gabriel Mosso and Joseph Grabowski. She is survived by her beloved sister, Antoinette Pietropinto of New Hope, PA, her nieces and nephews Joseph Mosso, Marie Rosato (Anthony), Nick Mosso (Jacqueline), Michael Mosso (Arielle), John Grabowski, and Steve Grabowski (Ruth), as well as 9 great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 8 from 9-10:30AM at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Livingston. Funeral mass will be offered following the viewing at 11AM at Our Lady of the Valley Church, Orange, with interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
