

Kenneth Scott O’Neill, 52, of Livingston, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2012. Visitation at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., on Tuesday, 3-8 PM. The Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Philomena’s Church, Livingston, on Wednesday at 11 AM.
Born in Orange, Ken was a life-long resident of Livingston. He graduated from Seton Hall University with a degree in Political Science and had been a candidate for the Livingston Township Council. He was currently the Inventory Control Administrator for Givaudan Flavors, Inc. in East Hanover. Ken was a member of the Knights of Columbus Our Lady of the Mountains Council #3533 and member and past president of the Livingston Kiwanis Club. Ken was currently a member of the Livingston Planning Board and was also very active in numerous Livingston community activities.
Surviving is his beloved wife, Kathy (Ryan) and devoted children Christopher, Tyler and Emily; he is also survived by his parents, Lorraine of Livingston and Patrick of Florida, his brothers, Kevin of Belleville, Keith of Maryland and a host of nieces and nephews.
