Bonnie Evelyn Muirhead

Bonnie Evelyn Muirhead of Longmont died at her home on November 26, 2008. She was 77.Bonnie was born on July 4, 1931 in Longmont, Colorado to Glen and Grace (French) Henderson. She grew up and attended school in Longmont. Bonnie worked for many years for Gould and then worked for Storage Technology until she retired. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.Bonnie was married to Donald Muirhead on September 1, 1973 in Las Vegas. She loved the mountains and enjoyed going to Rocky Mountain National Park. Bonnie and Don also enjoyed traveling and visited many places throughout the United States including Hawaii, Alaska and the Cayman Islands. She spent time in her yard and enjoyed raising flowers. Most especially, Bonnie enjoyed being with her family and spending time with her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren.Mrs. Muirhead was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Joe Henderson, and three sisters: Bertha Gringery, Anna Mae Trevarton, and Dorothy Henderson.Bonnie is survived by her husband, Don; two sons: Bobby Williams of Longmont and Denny Williams and his wife Rhonda of Evans, CO; a daughter Harriet Klinetobe and her husband Jerry of Longmont; one brother Alfred Henderson and his wife Marge of Longmont; brother-in law Bob Muirhead and his wife Shirley of Loveland; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.Visitation will be held on Monday, December 1 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Howe Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 2 at 10:00 a.m. at Howe Mortuary with Reverend David Lillie officiating.
