Brian Christopher Naranjo

BRIAN CHRISTOPHER NARANJO, 35, of Longmont, went to be with our Lord on August 10, 2009 in Longmont, CO. Brian was born June 22, 1974 in Denver, Colorado. He attended schools in the Longmont area and graduated from Longmont High School in 1992. He enjoyed music, sports and spending time with his family. He loved his many friends and family and will be greatly missed. He was a member of St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church in Loveland, CO. and was pursuing the career of an ironworker. On September 30, 1999 Brian married Elizabeth Slade in Boulder, CO. Survivors include his parents Alfred and Cathy Gonzales, his wife Elizabeth Naranjo and his daughters Alina Naranjo and Athena Marie Naranjo all of Longmont, CO. and his son Anthony Kolanda of Johnstown, CO. His sisters Jennifer Lynn Gonzales of Longmont and Kelly and Amy Gonzales of Frederick, CO, his grandparents, Margaret and LeRoy Salazar of Berthoud, CO and Vicky Gonzales of Longmont, CO Nieces Olivia and Ariana and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins further survive Brian. Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 16 at the Howe Mortuary Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 17, at St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, Longmont, CO. Services will conclude at the church with cremation to follow at Howe Mortuary and Cremation Services, Longmont, CO.
