Carol was born in Grand Junction, Colorado on January 21st, 1953 Her family moved to Boulder around 1959 and then to Longmont in 1961, where Carol resided for the remainder of her life. She married Ralph Siverly on March 29th, 1993 at the Silver Bell Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Carol worked in sales & billing at Signature Offset Printing Company for 25 years before retiring in January of 2021. She enjoyed golfing, playing fantasy football, watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, traveling, and reading. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends. Carol was loved, and she will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Siverly, and by her parents, Leonard and Vivian (Easter) Paulson. She is survived by her son, Nathan Sterkel of Middleton, Wisconsin, daughters, Mandie Johnson (Chris) of Longmont, and Nicole Boyd (Terry Daniels) of Loveland, Colorado; grandchildren, Levi Adams of Broomfield, Colorado, Henry and Ariana Sterkel of Middleton, Wisconsin; step-daughter, Carey Bradfield (Scott) of Santa Cruz, California, and their sons, RJ and Jamie Bradfield; brother, Ken Paulson (Jeanie) of Windsor, Colorado; sisters Kathy Compton of Longmont, and Margi Thomas of Las Vegas; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
A Memorial Service was held for Carol on Monday, February 13th, 2023 at Howe Mortuary in Longmont. The family extends their gratitude to all those that were able to attend, those that sent flowers, and those that otherwise shared in remembering Carol.
