David F. Freeman

David F. Freeman, 62, of Johnstown, formerly of Longmont, passed away May 14, 2017 at The Medical Center of The Rockies in Loveland, CO. He was born October 12, 1954 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Sam and Laura (Collins) Freeman.David was raised in Greeley, Co, graduating from Greeley Central High School and attended CSU in Ft. Collins, CO. David served in the U.S. Army from 1973 until 1977.David married Lorraine Credit on August 27, 1990 in Montrose, Colorado. They moved into the Longmont area in 2005.David was an insurance agent and manager of the Prudential Insurance office in Boulder, CO until 1991. In 1991 he became an insurance broker and started Precision Business Planning Association in Louisville, CO and started Senior Health Advisors in 2006.David was part of the One-Year-to-Live group and a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Longmont. He also coached American West Little League Baseball and Rocky Mountain Flag Football.David is preceded in death by his parents.David is survived by his wife, Lori Freeman, four children “ Elgin Freeman (Mandi Nelson), Beth Taylor, Sara Robbins, and William Freeman; two grandchildren “ Kaelyn Aurora Freeman and Christine Sophia Taylor; two sisters “ Emily Freeman and Elizabeth Roussel (Doug) and nephew “ Joshua Roussel and nieces “ Tasha Roussel and Cayley Credit.Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM, Monday, May 22, 2017 at First Evangelical Lutheran Church.
