Eliana Rose Lawyer, age 7 months and 21 days, passed away October 5, 2018 at Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora.She was born February 14, 2018 to Ashley Lawyer and Christopher Mcleod in Loveland, CO.After her birth, Eliana was soon diagnosed with liver disease. That in conjunction with later discovered heart problems led to her passing from this world far too soon.She is survived by her Mom Ashley and Dad Chris; three sisters and a brother Melody, Ember, Hailey and Curtis; grandparents Jacob Lawyer, Rebecca Ferguson and Kathy and Brian Faulk; great grandparents Daryl and Karen Lawyer and George and Mary Smallbones, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.A celebration of her life will be held 1:30 pm Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Calvary Church, 2101 Gay Street, Longmont.
