Hector Talamantes-Varela, 61 of Dacono, passed away November 5, 2019.Hector was born September 24, 1958 in Madera, Chihuahua, Mexico to Victoriano Talamantes and Isabel Varela.Hector was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family, listening to music, and dancing. He is preceded in death by his parents.Hector is survived by his wife, Josefina Fierro; stepsons, Jesus (Hilda) Fierro of Longmont and Carlos Perez of Dacono; stepdaughters, Ivonne Fierro (Juan Quiroz) of Firestone, Martha Fierro of Longmont, Angelica Fierro (Paulo Bañuelos) of Berthoud, and Maria Martinez (Luis Serrano) of Longmont; sister, Hilda Talamantes of Chihuahua, Mexico; numerous grandchildren in Longmont, Firestone, Dacono and Berthoud, CO, and numerous nieces and nephews in Milliken, CO and Albuquerque, NM.Visitation will be held Friday, November 8, 2019 from 1:00-7:00 PM at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel, Longmont, CO, with Rosary to follow at 7:00 PM.
