Jackie C. Smith, of Ft. Collins and former resident of Longmont, passed away at Centre Avenue Health and Rehabilitation in Ft.Collins on January 12, 2018. He was 80 years old. No services are planned. Howe Mortuary is handling arrangements. Inurnment will take place at a later time at Crown Hill Tower of Memories.
