Jane M Jones (Dick)

Jane Marie (Dick) Jones went to be with her Lord March 31, 2015. She was 54 years old. Jane was a 19-year cancer survivor who had a deep love for her husband Michael, and children Ryan and Jessica. Michael and Jane were married on January 25, 1986, in Zenda, Kansas. They moved to Colorado shortly after that to be closer to the mountains that they both love. Jane had a strong faith and was an active member of her church, St. Stephens Episcopal Church. She loved educating children, traveling, and reading. Jane had a special place in her heart for Marble, Colorado, a place that she referred to as her sanctuary. Jane was the example of someone who lived each day to the fullest and didn’t let her illness impact her life. Jane is survived by her husband, Michael, son Ryan, daughter Jessica, her mother Dorothy Dick, five sisters, four brothers, many nieces and nephews and loving in-laws. She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Dick and her nephew Matthew Gustafson.

A Celebration of her incredible life will be held at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 1303 S. Bross Lane, Longmont, Colorado on Saturday, April 11th at 10:00 a.m. All attending are encouraged to wear pink. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Jane to St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.
