

Born on February 15, 1953, in Longmont to Raymond and Eileen Green, Jim was the youngest of four boys and proudly called Longmont home his entire life. After graduating high school, he began his career as an electrician and became a dedicated member of IBEW Local 68, where he worked with skill and commitment until his retirement.
Jim married the love of his life, Debbie, and together they shared 53 wonderful years of marriage. Their life together was filled with love, laughter, and adventure.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Eileen Green, and his brothers Gerald Green, Ronald Green and Kenneth Green.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie; his son, Brian (Erin) and daughter Natalie (Troy) and his beloved grandchildren, Sydney (Ethan), Ryley, Oscar (Emma), and Oliver.
An outdoorsman at heart, Jim found peace in nature. Whether camping, fishing, or hunting, he cherished time spent under Colorado’s open skies. He will be remembered for his kindness, steady presence, and the warmth he brought to everyone who knew him.
A celebration of Jim’s life will be held Monday, November 3rd at 11:00am at Rocky Mountain Christian Church in Niwot, where family and friends will gather to share memories and honor a life well lived.
