Joann Marie Sindelir

JoAnn was born on Feb. 2, 1933 in Morton, MN to Frank and Grace (Miller) Edwards. She graduated from Morton High School in 1951.

On January 9, 1953 she married Leo Sindelir in Morton, MN, together they moved to Longmont, CO in March of 1973 from Virginia, MN. They owned and operated Sindelir Home Furnishings in Longmont, CO until retirement in August of 2006.

She belonged to First Lutheran Church and LifeBridge Christian Church in Longmont; and was a member of the Republican Women’s and the Red Hats. In her free time she enjoyed gardening and visiting her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband Leo and a daughter Amy Jo.

JoAnn is survived by her son Randy Sindelir and wife Peggy of Cheyenne, WY; her daughter Debra St. John and husband Wally of Parker, CO; her grandchildren Kristen Chase, Tyrel Sindelir and wife Tammy, Jordan Brenner and husband Kegan, Garrett St. John and wife Nicole, Doug St. John and wife Allison and Alyssa Shaw and husband Mike; her great-grandchildren Abby Sindelir, Chance Sindelir, Raegan St. John, Jackson St. John, Ava Shaw, Leo Shaw, Clara St. John and Graham St. John.

At JoAnn’s request private family services will be held. Cremation entrusted to Ahlberg Funeral Chapel and Crematory.
