Karyl was born on November 13, 1943, in Pueblo, Colorado to Ronald and Martha Earhart. When Karyl was 16 years old, the family moved to Longmont where Karyl attended Longmont High School and met the love of her life, Edwin Green. Ed and Karyl were married October 14, 1961.
Karyl was a woman of deep love who found her greatest joy in her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She devoted her life to her family, and her home was always a place of warmth. Karyl was a woman of faith, and her beliefs guided her life and shaped her values. Her spirit and unwavering love will continue to live on through the generations she nurtured.
Karyl was proceeded in death by her parents, Ronald and Martha, her husband, Ed, and her grandson, Tyler Green. She is survived by her son, Matthew Green (Kris), and daughters, Leslie Herrera (Mike), Jennifer Kissner (Kenny), Daphne DeNovellis (Tom), 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 3 sisters (Marty, Debra and Renee) as well as many nieces and nephews. Karyl will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
A celebration of life will be held this spring. Details will be shared with family and friends when finalized.
