Katy obtained an Associate degree from Aims Community College in Office Administration. She held position at Boulder Community Hospital until her retirement. Although she enjoyed her position at the hospital, her true love was raising her beautiful family and being a "Farmer's Wife".
Katy is survived by her husband, William; children Gregory (Jocelyn) Woolman, Kimberly (Carl) Danielson, Jeremy (Gia Vana) Woolman; grandchildren Ian, Josh, Megan Alex, Evan, Breanna, Terry and Randy; sisters Linda Burch, Penny Globoker and sister-in-law Shery Neill; many loved nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Katy Jo will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Howe Mortuary, 439 Coffman Street, Longmont, CO 80501. Following the memorial service will be a reception at 3:30 PM at The Well Church, 1240 Francis Street, Longmont, CO 80501.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in honor of Katy can be made to the Longmont Humane Society.
