Lillian Irene Baldwin, 97, of Longmont, CO passed away March 18, 2014 at TRU Hospice Care Center in Louisville. Lillian was born in Marion, Illinois.She married Gordon E. Baldwin April 10, 1937 in Wheaton, Illinois. They moved to Longmont in 1949. Together, along with John Snyder, they owned and operated Baldwin-Snyder Jewelry until 1963. At that time they opened Baldwin Jewelry sharing in a life and business partnership until they retired in 1978.Lillian was a member of First Congregational Church, the Delta Phi Sorority and was involved with her husband Gordon with the Longmont Lions Club.Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, ten siblings, husband Gordon, and daughters Judy and Paula.Lillian is survived by her son-in-law Ed, grandchildren Todd, Christopher and Leslie, great-grandchildren Dillon, Harper and Charlotte, and one sister Mildred Bernard (Booth)Graveside services will be at 1:00pm, on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Longmont Mountain View Cemetery.
