Michael "Gator" John Dautriel

A beloved husband, father, brother, papa, friend, and servant of God.

He is survived by, myself, Kristin Lee Dautriel, wife. Daughter Tiffanie Danielle Dautriel, grandson, Theodore John Michael Dautriel and step granddaughter, Chloe Cherie Kingan.

Siblings, Leon Joseph Dautriel (Elaine), Earline Ann Hennigan, Ned Louis Dautriel (Cheryl), Leonard Joseph Dautriel Jr., “L.J.” (Rita), John Francis Dautriel (Pam).

He’s preceded in death by stepson, Larry “Craig” Smith Jr., parents, Leonard Joseph Dautriel Sr.,Ironie Marie Dautriel, sisters, Elizabeth Ann Dautriel and Jeanette Marie Jessen.

Mike was a member of local 106-198 for over 38 years. A very dedicated, hard worker!

A man of many talents, he could fix and work on just about anything.

He loved to share his Cajun heritage with everyone he met. His ability to spread love through his mastered Cajun cuisine was unprecedented!

Mike was a giver, the best friend you could have. Most of all, he loved our Savior Lord Jesus!

My beautiful, faithful husband of 38 years will be missed everyday of our lives. You were truly one of the best! And we thank God we were so blessed to have you in our lives.

Mike struggled with many health issues in the last few years. He suffered much, but complained little. We believe he is in the ultimate place with our Lord and suffers no more!

We will miss this beautiful man, until we meet again!
