Norman Lee Clark

Norman was born January 28, 1930 in Aguilar, Colorado to Charles and Minnie (Landis) Clark. The family moved to Longmont in 1932. Norman attended schools in the St. Vrain Valley School District graduating from Longmont High in 1948. Later that year he joined the United States Navy, serving on the USS Cacapon during the Korean Conflict. He was honorably discharged in 1952.

Norman worked at Rocky Flats from 1957 until his retirement in 1992.

On March 11, 1953 Norman married Dorothy (Bobbie) Jean Lee at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church in Frederick. The couple had four children: two daughters, Cindy (Robert) Alvarado of Longmont and Dede (Steve) Borecky of Firestone, two sons, Danny Clark, deceased and Randy (Diane) Clark of Mead.

Norman is survived by his 3 children, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a brother David (Sandy) Clark of Yoder, Colorado and his beloved dog Gracie.

Norman has requested cremation with no funeral services.
