Patricia Ilene Stevens of Berthoud died December 29, 2008 at McKee Medical Center. She was 80.Patricia was born on November 12, 1928 in Longmont to Ronald and Wanda Bell Metz. She graduated from Longmont High School in 1946 and attended Mercy School of Nursing. After retiring from U.P.S., Patricia volunteered at Longmont United Hospital. She was an active member of Derby Hill Baptist Church. Preceding her in death are her parents and a sister Sharon Metz.Surviving are a sister Carol (Larry) Vaughn; a brother Ronald (Beverly) Metz; daughters Cindy (Jim) Lease, Sharon Chop, Rhonda Kimbro, Debra Ann Brewer and Betsy (Dave) Horne; 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 6 at Howe Mortuary.Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 7 at Derby Hill Baptist Church, Loveland. An interment will follow at Foothills Gardens of Memory Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Derby Hill Baptist Church.
