

Paul Christian Roberts beloved husband, son, and brother passed away August 24, 2016 from complications of Becker Muscular Dystrophy. He was 41. Paul was born in Longmont, Colorado on April 14, 1975 to Merlin and Karen Roberts. As a child, he enjoyed riding his big wheel and later playing football, soccer, basketball, Nintendo, and watching Star Wars with his little brother, Mark Roberts. Paul graduated from Longmont High School in 1994 and attended Colorado State University (CSU) graduating with a degree in business information systems in 1998. While attending CSU Paul met the love of his life, Vivian. In November 1999, Paul and Vivian married in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Parker, Colorado. In January 2002, Paul and Vivian moved to Port St. Lucie, Florida where Paul spent many years working as a systems analyst and software engineer for various cable companies and later Liberty Medical. While in Florida Paul and Vivian enjoyed 23 cruise vacations and the love and support of their neighbors. In August 2015, Paul and Vivian returned to Colorado for additional family support. Although Muscular Dystrophy damaged his body, Paul had a brilliant mind and quick wit. He enjoyed all types of music, board games and computer games, fast cars, traveling, watching action movies and the Denver Broncos, and spending time with family. Paul is survived by his wife Vivian Roberts, his parents Merlin and Karen Roberts, his grandmother Toni Coss, his brother Mark Roberts and his wife Serena, nephew Mason, niece Mia, and many loving Uncles, Aunts, and cousins. Cremation will take place prior to a memorial service for Paul at 2 p.m. on Friday, 30 September, 2016 at Calvary Church, 2101 Gay Street, Longmont, CO 80501. Pastor Tom Hovestol officiating.
