Richard (Dick) Dowe passed away June 23, 2019 at home surrounded by his loved ones. His beloved wife, Joyce preceded him in death. He is survived by his Step-daughters Cheryl Williams and Lori Moore whom he adored. Dick is also survived by his brothers Mike, Don and Joe. Dick enjoyed many rounds of golf with his brothers. He skied in the Winter and in the summer the gardens at his home were appreciated by all who saw them. Dick served honorably in the Navy. He worked as an installer of telephone switching equipment which he enjoyed greatly. A private ceremony will be held at a later date. Donations may be made to the American Legion Post 32 in Longmont.
