Robert Anthony Flori, Sr. of Longmont passed away at age 88. He is preceded in death by his loving and devoted wife Ruth. He is survived by his two children, Robert Flori, Jr., and family and Daniel Flori and family. He is also survived by his beloved friend Zeb Sanborn and family.Robert proudly served during World War II in the United States Coast Guard “ Merchant Marines. He was a long standing member of Pipe Fitters Union Local # 575. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed teaching others to fish.Funeral service will be held at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel Friday October 5, 2012 at 2:00 PM.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to HospiceCare of Boulder and Broomfield Counties.
