Ruby was born on October 21, 1930 in Longmont, CO to Conrad and Mary Befus. She was one of eleven children and lived most of her life in Longmont and graduated from Longmont High School and was of the Baptist faith.
Ruby was primarily a homemaker for her four children. She loved her life and she loved her children. She was very family oriented and will be missed very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings Sam, Raymond, James, Reuben, Anna, Alice, Irene, Pauline, Freida and Rose.
She is survived by her sons Tom Dewitt Butler and Stephen Gaylord Butler; her daughters Susan Carol Butler and Victoria Person.
