Shannon Linae Woods of Longmont, died at her home on Saturday, March 18, 2006. She was 41 years old.Born on June 19, 1964 in Bakersfield, California the daughter of Floyd and Judy (Stout) Woods. She grew up in Pismo Beach, CA graduating from Lopez High School in 1981. She moved to Longmont in 1999. Shannon had many years experience as a Purchaser for large manufacturing companies in both California and Colorado.As a Harley owner, Shannon had a passion for the open road. She and her life partner, Bert Quirk made several trips to Sturgis South Dakota, Wyoming and Durango.Shannon is survived by her daughter Shana Garcia and her husband Jesse Frost of Longmont, her mother, Judy O?Kane of Pismo Beach, CA; father, Floyd Woods of Bakersfield, CA and life-partner, Bert Quirk of Longmont.Visitation hours from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, March 24th, at Howe Mortuary in Longmont with funeral services at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening.A memorial account has been set up for Shannon's family at the St. Vrain Credit Union, 777 21st Ave, Longmont, CO 80501.
