Stephen Keith Compton, 59, of Longmont Colorado passed away peacefully in his home Friday April 29th 2022. Keith was born October 9th 1962 to Jim and Verna Lee Compton in Fort Worth, TX. He spent his early childhood in Texas and New York before moving to Boulder, CO in 1973. He graduated from Fairview High School in Boulder Colorado.
Keith had a successful career as a car salesman and later became manager of various dealerships. Anyone who knew him would say, " he could sell ice to an Eskimo.".
He enjoyed spending quality time with his kids and grandkids. He loved watching football and UFC fights on TV. He had a strong connection with friends from Fairview and looked forward to his yearly high school reunion.
He was a generous soul, a loving father and he cared deeply for his family and friends.
Keith is survived by his children Allan Compton and wife Jennifer of Bridgeport, NE, Kelsey Compton of Arvada, CO, Mary Compton of Tennessee and Abigail Kolby of Longmont, CO. His brother Kerry Compton of Berthoud, CO and sister Kim Lovelace of Centennial CO.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Sterling Compton
