MARSHALL, VIRGINIA ˜GINNY' B.July 14, 1940 “ October 25, 2017Ginny Marshall, 77, of Aurora, CO died on Oct 25, 2017 at Alta Vita Memory Care in Longmont, CO.She was born in Venango, NE on July 14th, 1940 to George Philip and Violet Ruth (Lindquist) Berges. She graduated from Venango High School in 1958.She married Richard Daniel Marshall on August 28, 1961 who passed away in Feb, 2013. They were blessed by adopting both a daughter Lisa in 1967 and a son Daniel in 1970. Ginny was a wonderful mother and wife and spent most of the childrearing years as a Homemaker.She loved being outdoors in her vegetable and flower gardens and taking trips to the mountains. She was an excellent seamstress and made a lot of her own dresses in the early 1970s.After her children moved away, she sold Avon for over 20 years and won many regional sales awards. Her friendships with her customers lasted well after she no longer sold Avon.She is survived by her daughter Lisa Brasher of Conr , TX; son Daniel and his wife Jana and grandchildren Luke and Michaela Marshall of Estes Park, CO. She is also survived by and is the youngest of 5 siblings; Lois Chelmo of Waco, TX; Lori Berges of Aurora, CO; Debbie Sch nhals of Aurora, CO; Marilyn Wert of Aurora, CO; Raymond Berges of Venango, NE.Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband.Ginny was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend.Visitation will be 11:00am to 1:00pm Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017 at the Ahlberg Funeral Chapel. Cremation to follow at Ahlberg Funeral Chapel an Crematory. A memorial service will be held 1:00pm Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2017 at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Aurora, CO.Her ashes will be placed next to her husband's at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
