

Wilma was born in Orange, Texas on June 4, 1939 to Joan (Williams) and E. Earl Claunch. She grew up in Orange and graduated high school in Niagara Falls, New York. Wilma attended Texas Women’s University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She married Robert O. Andre. They had one son, Christopher. In 1970, the family moved from Wheat Ridge, Colorado to Longmont, Colorado.
Wilma was an active volunteer at Hygiene Elementary School. She retired from Mountain Bell where she worked in collections. She was a member of Longs Peak United Methodist Church and the St. Vrain Saddle Club. She enjoyed riding horses, back in the 1970s and early ‘80s. She also enjoyed photo cropping. Wilma loved to travel and had visited over 40 countries around the world.
More than anything else, Wilma loved her family, and they loved her. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed.
Wilma leaves behind her husband, Robert, son, Christopher, grandchildren, Lauryn & Charles Andre, and great-grandson, Eli Andre.
Wilma's Celebration of Life Open House will be held at her home on January 2, 2022 at 6:00pm. For directions and more information, please reach out to the family.
