She was born August 11, 1936 to the late Arthur Tabler and Evelyn Pfaff Tabler.
Bettie was the bookkeeper and co - owner of Jones Excavating where she retired after 51 years.
Bettie was known for her immaculate record keeping and her useful inventions.
Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Valtie Jones and sisters; Wanda Hafling and Darlene Benner.
She leaves to cherish her memory to her sons; Terry (Stephanie), and Larry "Brud" Jones (Tammy). Grandchildren; Anthony, Stevie (Carlie), Shane, Eric and Evan Jones, and 4 great grandchildren.
Bettie's visitation will be Monday, August 5, 2024 from 3 to 8 PM at Advantage Funeral Home Hardy Chapel 10907 Dixie Hwy. Bettie's Funeral service will be Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 11AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery.
