Carl Moore, 77 of Louisville, passed away Sunday May 30, 2021, at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center at Norton Hospital with his loving family by his side. Carl was a Navy veteran and retired from J.C.C/ Barns & Noble. His siblings Michael A Moore and Brenda Boston met him at the gates of heaven.
Carl has left behind to cherish his memory; his loving wife of 46 years of marriage Sylvia Moore, his two sons Phillip Adkins (Stephanie), Paul Adkins (Sharon), eight grandchildren Brandy, Alicia, Brittany C, Brittany M, Bridgette, Mackenzie, Taylor and Triniti, ten great-grandchildren, Maddy, Noah, Christopher, Aubrey, Emmy, Tristan, Mason, Rhett, Rlleigh, and Drake.
Carl’s funeral will be held at Advantage funeral Home Hardy Chapel 10907 Dixie Hwy. Friday June 4, 2021 at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 P.M Thursday June 3, 2021 and 9:00 A.M to the service time Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers Grandpa would like it if we would donate to Tristan's service dog fund in his memory. Donations will be accepted at the funeral home for Tristan.
