Dennis Jacob "Jake" Perry, 34, passed on March 21, 2026. Jake was born June 14, 1991 in Louisville, Kentucky. Jake was a good ole country boy! He was a hard worker, an incredible father, and really down to earth. Jake was funny and very smart - if he didn't know something - he'd figure it out. He was willing to help anyone who needed him and was often heard saying, "It'll be alright Bub". His spirit of life will live on through all that knew and loved him.
Jake was preceded in death by his sister, Elexa "Shea" Perry; and his grandmother, Grandma Bannon.
Left to cherish his memory is his mom, Melinda Perry; fiance, Amanda Perry; children, Braedan Jake Perry, Remy Amaya Perry, and Jaedan Timothy George Perry; father, Dennis Bannon (Casey); brother, Timmy Perry; grandparents, Maggie Whane, George Perry; cousin, Amy Perry; niece, McKenzie Perry; many extended family members and great friends.
Visitation will be at Advantage Funeral Home - Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Highway, 40272, on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, followed by his Funeral Service at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Bethany Memorial Cemetery, 10917 Dixie Hwy, 40272, immediately following his service.
