She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Victor H. Baldwin Jr.; son, Anthony Keith "Toby" Baldwin; parents; and three siblings.
Tillie is survived by her daughters, Sandra Hudson and Vicki Hudson (Charlie); grandchildren, Robyn Smith (Andy), Scott Donahue (Sueann), Steven Donahue (Debbie), Andy Hudson (Alanna), Victor Baldwin (Brittany), Brian, Chad and Starr Baldwin; 11 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren.
Her service will be on Thursday at 2 p.m. at the W. G. Hardy Valley Funeral Home, with burial in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and after 11 a.m. on Thursday till time of service at the funeral home.
