James “Mad Dog” Carter, 64, entered into rest on January 24, 2022.
He Survived by his wife, Carolyn Carter, he was a step-dad to Terry Risinger, and Michelle Sullivan; he was also a father to Krystal Risinger; 5 grandsons, 2 granddaughter, 5 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be on Friday at 2:00pm at Advantage Funeral Home with burial to follow at Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday at 11:00am until Service time at the funeral home.
