James Louis Hunt, 98, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016.He was retired from American Tobacco Co, an Army veteran and a member of South Jefferson Baptist Church and the Valley Lodge F&AM #511. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel; son, David Blevins and four sisters. Survivors include his daughters, Janice Thompson(Bobby) and Deborah Ketchem; brother, Edwin Hunt(Pat); grandchildren, Cindy, Robert, Nicky and Corey; great grandchildren, Brooke and Breonna and great great grandchildren, Kelly and Dominic. He was a great Dad and Papaw. His service will be on Tuesday at 12 noon at the W.G. Hardy Funeral and Cremation Services with burial in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-8pm and Monday from 4-8pm at the funeral home.
