He was an Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred; and daughter, Debbie Bennett.
Survivors include his daughters, Sandra Stivers (Jim), Sharon Moore (Brad), Paula Patterson (Robert) and Rhonda Kraatz (Ron); 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; companion, Nancye Houck; a sister; and two brothers.
His service will be on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home and Cremation Service with burial in Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
