Michael Wayne Strothoff

Michael was born on November 11, 1973 to Janice Strothoff. He grew up spending the majority of his time and laughter with his sister and brothers in greater Louisville area.

Michael lived everyday for his pride and joy Devin Michael Strothoff. He found his second breath of new found love with the birth of his grandson Liam Strothoff.

Michael's laughter and smile would light up any room. He will be missed by so many that he touch in his short life. Whether it was his wet kisses or his big hugs he knew how to make those he cared about feel special and loved.

Michael is preceded in death by his beloved grandmother (aka Girlfriend) Mary Theresa Newkirk that welcomed him with open arms.

He is survived by his son Devin Strothoff, Grandson Liam Strothoff, Mother Janice Strothoff, Sister Tina Strothoff (Reggie), Brother's Roger Strothoff ( Mary), Jamie Strothoff, Brian and Elisha Strothoff and a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved with all his heart.

Special thanks to his best friend Laura Gullion for living and caring for Michael till the end.

A visitation for Michael will be held Monday, June 20, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272, followed by a funeral service at 6:30 PM.
