She was born on July 3, 1935 to William Edward Ball and Martha Martin Ball.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husbands, Kenneth Barnett and Phil Dailey, son, Roger Barnett , brothers, Fred Ball, Willard Ball, Dillard Ball, and Norman Ball, sisters, Reatha Ball, Letha Hamlin, Truie Mae Jones, and Beatrice Perkins.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra Harder (Glen), grandson Jeremy Van Meter (Jenny), granddaughter Amanda Van Meter, three great grandchildren, Ellie, Garrett and Baker, daughter in-law Alice Barnett.
A visitation for Minnie will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Advantage Funeral Home Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272, followed by a graveside service at 1:00 pm. Wednesday April 23, 2025 in Pine Knot Cemetery in Pine Knot KY.
