She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert T. Tate.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Creech (Darrell), Wanda Walker (Tom), Charlotte Seelbach (Jerry), Deborah Masterson (Bruce); brothers, Earl and John Martin Head; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and dog, Marbles.
Her service will be on Tuesday at noon at the W. G. Hardy Funeral Home, with burial following in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 3-8 p.m. at W.G. Hardy Funeral Home.
