Thomas was a longtime dock supervisor for Rainbow Bread Company, a former warehouse worker for Preferred Plastics, an Army veteran, and a Catholic by faith.
He is survived by a son, Thomas Richardson, Jr; daughter, Karen Mitchell; daughter, Britany; son, Jordon; siblings Sylvia Downs, Robert Richardson (Pat), Carol Richardson, Jimmy Richardson (Sharon), Betty Azzara (Michael), and Patty Morrison (Jim); former wife, Carrie Richardson; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of other extended family and friends.
His funeral service will be held at 12:00 Friday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy., with burial at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central at a later date. Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Thursday.
