

Jerry was raised in Kosmosdale/Valley Station, Kentucky. He was baptized at 7 years old. He graduated from Valley High School in 1968. Jerry then attended Kentucky Southern where he met Linda. He went on to work at L&N/CSX Railroad where he was a yard conductor. He served on the safety committee as a new hire mentor and was an avid union man. After 39 years of dedicated service, Jerry retired. He loved all sports, baseball and horse racing were his favorites. He loved to bet the horses, spend time at several of his favorite bars with friends, where he might sing a song or two at Karaoke, and visiting with his children and grandchildren.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; grandsons, Adam and Luke Graham; brother-in-law, Bobby Wood; and sister-in-law, Susan Aldridge.
Left to cherish Jerry's memory are his children, Laura Graham (Dave), Bryan Aldridge (April), Trenton Aldridge (Sarah); his grandchildren, Brogan and Bethanne Graham, Ashton Aldridge, Latham and Declan Aldridge, Ysa and Mia Leon, Maxwell and Camden Aldridge; his twin brother, Terry Aldridge; his sister, Faye Wood; cousin, Valerie Knight; ex-wife, Linda Aldridge; several nieces, nephews, extended family and wonderful friends.
Jerry chose to be cremated without a burial.
His Memorial Visitation will be Friday, April 10, 2026 from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Advantage Funeral Home - Hardy Chapel, 10907 Dixie Hwy, 40272. His Memorial Service will be at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
