Jerry built his business, Bryant Insurance Agency, which was established in 1964 and located in Houston. He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Oak Forest Masonic Lodge for over 30 years.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Shirley Bryant; daughters, Janet Bryant and fiance David Menchaca and Gina Armas; sisters, Sandra Havard and Linda Gresham and husband Ricky; brothers, Eddie F. Bryant and wife Beryl and Jimmy Bryant and wife Wanda; brother-in-law, Charles W. McGiboney and wife Margie; grandchildren, Ricky Reyna III, Vincent Armas, Dillon Armas, and David Menchaca; and many loving friends and relatives.
Masonic services for Jerry will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 28, 2011 in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. John Albus officiating. Interment will follow in Fielder Memorial Cemetery with military honors.
