

Mrs. Loving was born August 1, 1937 in the Fairview Community, the daughter of the late Carmen (Stewart) and Carl Stewart. She passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015 in a local hospital.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to sew and work with stained glass. She and her husband owned several businesses; Million and Loving Grocery, Mitchell and Loving Pest Control and The Classics Gift Shop. Pat was the secretary and bookkeeper for the businesses. After Robert’s death, she continued to operate The Classics Gift Shop, offering his wood products and her stained glass. She was a member of Homer United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sophie Havard and Curt of Lufkin; grandchildren, Chase and Monica Havard and Chance and Lacy Havard, all of Lufkin; four great-grandchildren, Hannah, Tanner, Cayden and Case; brother, Carl Stewart, Jr. of Houston; and a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carmen (Stewart) Jones and Carl Stewart; her husband of 51 years, Robert Morris Loving in 2007; son, Jetty Lee Loving in 2004; and sister, Shirley Montero.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday evening at Gipson Funeral Home.
