My sincerest condolences to your famiy on the passing of Vincent…….

I am Carol,  the daughter in law to Bernard Dunne who lived on Long Island in NY until his passing on September 17, 2025.  We did receive two voicemails from Bernard McDaid with no telephone number being left to call back on!   I have been married to Bernard Dunne, Jr since 1980.  I did get to meet Molly McDaid (Mary), Bernie’s Mom back in the ‘80s.
I recently began doing Ancestry for my father in law (Bernie Dunne) and my husband.  I’d love to get some info from Bernie McDaid if he’s able to speak with me.  I did call this funeral home to forward my telephone number to have him call back so that we can share our family news of Bernie (Dunne)’s passing.  If someone could reach out for me I would very much appreciate that!

Friends since the seventies.  Spent many an hour listening to that stereo system and having a good time.  You taught me a lot, and, will be missed.   Thank you Vince,  R.I.P.   Brother

Vince was a Stovall family friend.  I knew him to be a kind, gentle soul. Vince was so knowledgeable about so many things.  He was always ready and willing to help with anything.  He was so smart and witty.  He will be missed.

I got to know Vince virtually from the old pcpitstop forums in the early-mid 2000's, never thought we'd work together. If you ever met him online or in person, it was the same Vince, a true gentleman.

Rest easy Bubba, you left things better than you found em.

I had the pleasure of working with Vince for 17 years at PC Matic.  He was kind, gentle, patient, and an overall asset to the company.  I enjoyed the unexpected phone calls just to say hi, I loved the yearly Christmas cards (especially the ones with the glitter) and I always enjoyed seeing him twice a year during our company meetings.  Although he was quiet, his loss will be deafening.  I sure am going to miss him.  Rest easy Vincent McDaid and thank you for your service to this country.

I had the pleasure of knowing Vince for over eight years. I always looked forward to seeing him at our company meetings and giving him a hard time about his frequent smoke breaks — he always took my tough love with grace and a smile. Vince was truly one of a kind, and he will be deeply missed.

Vince was one of the first people to call and welcome me to the team when I started my job at PC Matic. I worked closely with him for the last 7 years and enjoyed seeing and spending time with him at our company meetings. Thank you for your kindness and generosity, Vince. You will be missed by many.

I’m so sorry to hear about Vince’s passing. He was such a genuinely kind person, and I always enjoyed catching up with him at company meetings and during our calls when we worked together at PC Matic. He will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, Vince.

Vince was a great co-worker.  Even though all of us worked remotely, Vince would send out Christmas cards and always be super nice at our company meetings.  He sure was a good guy.
