Alfred N. White

Born in Roxbury, Al was the son of the late George F.L. and Ada J. (Higgins) White. He attended Roxbury Schools and had previously resided in Florida and New Hampshire. He enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served his country during World War II.

He was a communicant of Holy Family Church and was a life memberof the V.F.W. Post of West Palm Beach FL and was a member of the former Gautreau Post.

He leaves his stepson, Joseph A. Fay and his wife Julieann R. of Laconia, NH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including Carolyn Sullivan of Lady Lake, FL. He was the stepfather of the late Robert F. Fay and Dorothy Alman and the brother of the late Ralph, George, Ernest, James and William White, Ruth Brown, Ada Moore, Bertha Parks and Dorothy White.

Al’s Funeral will be held from the CUFFE-MCGINN FUNERAL HOME, 157 Maple St. Lynn on Friday at 10:30AM followed by a Funeral Mass in the Holy Family Church at 11:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation prior to Mass beginning at 9:30AM.
