

Mrs. Annette B. (Doucette) LeBlanc, 85, of Lynn died Sunday in the Kaplan Family Hospice House surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late Alyre LeBlanc. People recognized them as the couple who always held hands while walking, and they walked everywhere.
Annette was born in Lynn, daughter of the late Philip and Marie (Laurie) Doucette. She was a graduate of St. Jean Baptiste High School Class of 1946. She was a lifelong resident of the city of Lynn.
Annette worked at Boyd's Potato Chips for 17 years, and made many friends there.
She was a communicant of St. Pius V Church. She was a former communicant of St. Jean Baptiste Church where she was a member of Dames De Ste. Anne. Above all she had a lifelong devotion to her family. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, especially to his home in Grande Digue, N.B., Canada.
She devoted her life to her children Marie Anne Desrochers and her husband Ronald of Lynn, John LeBlanc and his wife Jill of Groton, Irene Hachey and her husband John of Beverly, Christine Miller and her husband Ken of Lynn, Denise Provencher and her husband Richard of Elma, Washington, Therese LeBlanc and her fiancé Joseph Geoghegan of Lynn and Pauline Naples and her husband Michael of Lynn. She was the loving grandmother to her 14 grandchildren Elaine and Sara Desrochers, Grace Ruelle and her husband Daryl, Peter, Paul and Emilie Hachey, Ellen Moriarty and her husband Kevin, Alison Miller, Anthony and Amanda Naples, Laura, Eric and Michael Adrien and Mary LeBlanc. She is also survived by her 6 great grandchildren who lovingly referred to her as Memere, and many nieces and nephews.
She was the grandmother of the late Kevin Desrochers. Sister of the late Lester, Frank, Stanley, Bernard and Lewis Doucette, Frances Gaudet, Beatrice Comeau and Lauretta Arsenault.
Annette’s Funeral will be from the CUFFE-McGINN FUNERAL HOME 157 Maple St. Lynn on Thursday at 9:30 AM. Her Funeral Mass will be in St. Pius V Church at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Interment will be in St. Jeans Cemetery.
